Development Fund
This fund has a focus on general green building development opportunities such as our present developments, The Currents and The Bridges. At this time investments are being assembled on a project by project basis.

Brownfield Fund
This fund has a focus on the remediation and re-positioning of brownfield sites into prime real estate development sites. Several sites are currenlty in the due diligence stage.

Micro-Utility Fund
This fund has a focus on financing distributed renewable energy installation opportunities for both public and private sector developments (PV, Wind, Fuel`Cell, Cogeneration etc.).
